It’s over!
The 2016 January transfer window has finally come to a close, and it’s now time to total up what happened.
The biggest spenders this winter were Newcastle United, who laid out 28.5 million pounds on new talent.
The Magpies, who are third bottom of the table, have a net spend of 70.1 million pounds for the season so far.
Coming in as the second largest spenders this January were Watford. The Hornets’ net spend in the past month was 24.6 million pound, while the club have invested a net spend of 56.2 million since they won promotion to the Premier League.
At the other end of the scale are Spurs.

Man City’s spending is also noticeable. While the Sky Blues did little business last month, they have a net spend of £101.5m for the campaign.
Man United, by comparison, have a net spend of £43.2 million this year.
