Adnan Januzaj was spotted at Man United v Chelsea

There was a familiar face spotted at Old Trafford on Monday: 20-year-old Belgium midfielder Adnan Januzaj.

Januzaj is current on loan with German giants Borussia Dortmund, although he’s struggled to hit the high notes at the Signal Iduna Park.

The youngster only has twelve appearances and no goals for Dortmund in all competitions as he’s failed to lock down a first team place.

He’s even been accused of being “unmotivated” by Belgium’s U21 coach Enzo Scifo in recent times.

On the face of it, Januzaj returning to United this winter makes sense.

He isn’t getting the development he expected in Germany, while his creativity could be a big help to Louis van Gaal as the side struggle to score goals.

United have scored just five goals in the last six matches in all competitions.

Januzaj is on a season-long load deal, but could it end early?
